Here's the deal: If you book a hotel, resort, or cruise through your VAYO VAULT membership and then find the identical booking for less on any public website, we'll refund you the difference PLUS an additional 10%.

Not just the difference - 110% of it.

Why would we offer this? Because we know our wholesale rates beat retail pricing the vast majority of the time. We're confident enough to guarantee it.

How to Use the Price Match Guarantee

Step 1: Book through your member portal

Find your hotel, resort, or cruise and complete your booking through the VAYO VAULT member portal. Save your confirmation.

Step 2: Find a lower price elsewhere (if you can)

Compare your member rate to public booking sites - Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, the hotel's own website, or any other publicly available rate. Take a screenshot showing the lower price.

Step 3: Submit your claim

Send us your VAYO VAULT booking confirmation and screenshot of the lower price within 24 hours of booking. Include the booking site, exact dates, room type, and total price (including all taxes and fees).

Step 4: Get your money back

Once we verify the claim, we'll refund 110% of the difference to your payment method within 5-7 business days.

What Qualifies for Price Matching

For a valid price match claim, the comparison must be apples-to-apples:
